The second Irondale Youth Hockey S.K.A.T.E. Awards Banquet was held on Thursday, March 27th at Zero Gravity. There were 44 players that qualified for this event. Congratulations to all players who worked so hard! Special mention goes to the Pee Wee A team who had the most participants this year. High School Hockey Coach Adam Schmidt emceed the event and all players who attended received a S.K.A.T.E Award and lots of prizes.

The Summer Knight Hockey Academy is open to any girl from U12 through High School. Girls will skate and compete with players of similar skills. Coach Schmidt is pleased to announce the availability of two reasonably priced summer training and development program opportunities for Irondale-St. Anthony HS players, and IYHA-St. Anthony youth players.
The first program is geared towards players who will be in grades 9-12 next season. Click here for details and registration information.

These training programs will complement any other AAA-type program your player may be committed to, providing the skill development often lacking on game-focused AAA teams.
